One day, two English Canadians and one French Canadian were walking home in Canada when they ran into a golden lamp on the road. They walked towards it and picked it up.
A genie popped out and said, "I will give you one wish each! No more! Use it wisely!"
The three men huddled together to talk about what they were going to wish for. A couple of minutes later, they came back to the genie, who was waiting patiently.
"I'll go first," the first English Canadian said, "I want Quebec to stop whining about separating from Canada."
"Done," the genie said, then pointed to the French Canadian. "Now you."
"I want a 100-foot-high wall around all of Quebec," the French Canadian exclaimed, looking at the other two with a smirk on his face.
"Done," the genie said, then pointed to the last English Canadian. "Now you. What do you want?"
The last man pointed towards Quebec, now separated from Canada by a 100-foot wall. "Fill her up. I want a really big swimming pool!"
